New Zealand customers should expect delivery in 7-12 business days.
Is there any countries that charge duties before I can get my package delivered?
We have observed the United Kingdom as a country that may impose duties before an order can be delivered. For a recent customer (April 2020), their order of a single Knockout order had an imposed duty of £15. The customer refused the package and it was returned to us.
We have not had any other customers from any other country inform us of duties charged on their order.
Do I get an order confirmation email and tracking number when I order?
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your orders purchase information.
When your item ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your order.
Do you accept VISA debit cards, pre-paid credit cards or PayPal as payment?
Unfortunately we do not accept any of the above methods of payment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We do accept major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, etc.
How do I order replacement parts?

What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy if The Knockout is sent back unused. The full return policy can be found at the bottom of the Checkout page.
